Essential oils for beauty and health of hair

Undoubtedly, every woman dreams of having beautiful and well-groomed hair. But the condition of our hair is influenced by a huge number of factors, such as the body’s hormonal levels, stress, nutrition, curling, coloring.
Essential oils are invaluable aids in hair care, balancing the condition of the sebaceous glands of the scalp, and also help cope with the problem of hair loss, strengthening the hair follicles. Essential oils are usually mixed with a carrier oil (almond, jojoba, peach, etc.) or added to shampoo.
1. For dry hair and dandruff
To 60 ml (3 tablespoons) of almond oil, add 40 ml of jojoba oil (2 tablespoons), 10 drops each of lavender oil and tea tree oil. Rub the resulting mixture into your scalp with light movements of your fingertips. Then wrap your head in a bag, wrap it in a towel and walk like this for about an hour, then wash your hair.
2. For oily hair
Add 4 drops each of cypress oil, lemon oil and yarrow oil to 100 ml of your regular shampoo. Use this composition to wash your hair.
3. For normal hair
If your hair is light: add 3-4 drops of geranium oil, 3-4 drops of wild carrot oil, 5-6 drops of lemon oil to your shampoo.
If your hair is dark: add 4-5 drops of lemon oil and 6-7 drops of rosemary oil to the shampoo.
Normal hair does not have problems associated with a lack or excess of sebum. Using essential oils will help make your hair stronger and give it shine.
4. For hair loss
Add 4 drops of the following essential oils to 100 ml of shampoo: basil, clary sage, lavender and rosemary. This composition will stimulate hair growth.
5. Split ends of hair
In 40 ml (2 tablespoons) of peach, castor or almond oil, add 3 drops each of ylang-ylang, pine and chamomile oils. Lubricate the ends of your hair with the resulting mixture of oils.
With regular use of essential oils your hair will soon begin to acquire a radiant appearance, become strong and healthy. After all, nature itself will take care of this.
