The first and most important is the price of submission - from 300 to 600 hryvnia, depending on the city and time of day.
The second important point is the price per km, which varies widely across Ukraine - from 9 to 25 hryvnia, plus directly depends on the greed and economic calculations of the tow truck owner.
The third factor is the feed speed. Many people on the Internet today promise an express tow truck in 5-10 minutes, but in fact they arrive in an hour or two, earning themselves a mega lousy reputation thanks to word of mouth. And today she means so much!
The sum of these factors plus some technical nuances (locked steering wheel, wheel, ditch, etc.) gives the final figure that the client hears when trying to find and order a tow truck in Kyiv, Kharkov, Dnieper or another city in Ukraine.
The potential client for evacuation, having heard the price, became thoughtful, became sad, promised to call back in a couple of minutes and went back to Google Top 10 to look for lower prices.
And he finds them there thanks to all sorts of All-Ukrainian evacuation services that have flooded the top of Google (read: Intermediaries) who promise to organize road transportation for the client in 5 minutes and 30 pieces of silver.
Next, the all-Ukrainian service, rideshare, booking, bee or other cockroaches call the owner of the tow truck who left them his phone number in a naive impulse to make money and talks him into going to earn a couple of hryvnias at a clearly reduced rate.

And many people go, forgetting that once you go for 12 hryvnia per km, you will no longer receive an order from them for 20 hryvnia. For the simple reason that the middlemen ate fish soup with large spoons and 50 hryvnia per order has not suited them for a long time - give them 10 and sometimes 20%.
Customers benefit from this arrangement, but the owner of the tow truck makes money only on coffee and cigarettes.
Tow truck without intermediaries
Do you think it’s impossible to make money on a tow truck without intermediaries? You are wrong. You just need to make some efforts in the right direction and not wait for a call from a yellow fly or another interest extortionist.
One of the first laws of business is that demand determines supply. Hence the conclusion - as soon as the owners of tow trucks stop paying intermediaries, they themselves will leave the market and clear out the top 10 for real car owners and towing services.
Intermediaries play on greed and laziness. If you are too lazy to create and develop a website for yourself, then intermediaries will offer you a place on their website and orders. BUT! At their prices and conditions.

Tow truck owners do not realize that by adding their data to the intermediary’s website they help his website develop. The more people on the site add information, the fewer real orders they will receive. When adding himself to someone else's website or group in a telegram, the owner of a tow truck must understand that he is signing this - I am a free carrier.
Group channels in telegram and viber
Having analyzed pricing on Viber or telegram group channels, plus talking with many tow truck owners in different cities of Ukraine, we came to the logical conclusion - a good product does not need advertising.
In Kyiv - as an example, out of 19 well-known city groups, only two work behind closed doors (only their own and among their own) and at favorable rates, as opposed to the city monopolist. No one is invited to join these groups and they are not advertised. The rest of the groups are vacuum cleaners and freebies that work in order to work.
And everything that is annoyingly advertised implies homeless tariffs.
There are 100,500 examples in Ukrainian cities where adequate people have united in closed groups, creating virtual city evacuation services with the exchange of orders on a free basis, like today I’m for you and tomorrow you’re for me.
Road transportation and towing have always been a profitable and interesting business. And they should be like that if they don’t play in front of each other to lower prices. As soon as the dumpers, intermediaries and associated transportation leave, life will get better.
And there will be an opportunity to update your car fleet, buy a PlayStation 5 for your children, a ring for your wife and a fur coat for your mistress.

And clients are increasingly looking at the quality of services and not at prices. They read reviews about you. They look at photos of cars on the Internet. And they prefer a fresh Sprinter and not a Gazelle, which breaks down twice under the client’s order. The world is changing - change you too.
