I have a lot of experience in losing excess weight. I became interested in diets when I was a teenager. Dissatisfied with her figure, young Masha studied websites that talked about all sorts of diets and different methods for losing weight. I actively visited various groups about anorexia, read forums.

I liked the “publics” about girls with anorexia. These communities inspired me to go on a drinking diet (I chose it because I wanted quick results). This type of weight loss is very popular. The essence of this diet is to give up food. Yes, yes, to lose weight, you need to stop eating. Brilliant, isn't it? And as you, dear reader, might have guessed, I tested this diet on myself. I suddenly stopped eating.

It was very difficult to give up food, but the result was visible after the first 2 days. Of course, I was happy about it. But at some point I realized that I couldn’t not eat forever, and it was simply unrealistic to last a whole month without food. After all, after a month of hunger, 2 months of quitting the drinking diet will follow. I decided to eat. All my work was in vain, but the big plus was that I began to eat a much smaller portion.

After an unsuccessful experience with a “starvation” diet, the question of how to lose weight was not removed from the agenda, I decided to try a mono-diet with kefir and apples. A mono-diet is a short-term diet in which you are allowed to eat one or two foods. In three days I lost two kilograms, but I started having stomach problems. During these three days I felt like there was acid in my stomach. And this is not surprising, since after digestion, apples turn into apple cider vinegar, which made me feel uncomfortable. Another attempt to lose weight ended, oddly enough, in failure.

It took a lot of time to select the next diet. I decided to try proper nutrition. I eliminated from my diet all food whose calorie content exceeded 400 kcal per 100 g. I also did some physical activity, every day I squatted 50 times and walked at least 3 kilometers.

In a month of this regime, I was able to permanently lose 5 kg. The main advantage of this diet is the variety of food. There are many recipes on the Internet for various dishes that will do absolutely no harm to your figure
