An art plane was “re-dressed” for Eurovision

On the square in front of the Kyiv airport, an art plane renovated in the colors of the Eurovision Song Contest was solemnly opened, which is essentially the calling card of Kyiv Airport.

At the event, the head of the press service of the Kyiv airport, Galina Bogdanenko, said: “Our art plane is unique: for more than two years it has delighted guests and residents of the capital with its bright colored appearance. Thousands of selfies have been taken. which flew all over the world. Our plane has become the hallmark of the airport. But it’s time to change its “clothes.”

Therefore, welcome our art plane in the colors of Eurovision 2017, which will soon start in Kyiv.

The plane was painted by artists Andrei Kovtun and Victoria Lime. Speaking about their work, they noted that while working on this art object, the current weather conditions in the city were not entirely favorable for carrying out such delicate work, but nevertheless they succeeded.

Today this is the only plane in Kyiv and Ukraine, which is painted by artists in the design style of Eurovision 2017.
