Beneficial properties of tea

beneficial properties of tea

Tea has taken such a strong place in people’s lives that they drink it and don’t think about the benefits it provides to the body. In addition to the most common types: black and green, there are white, red and blue-green teas. Each of them has a number of qualities that have a positive effect on the human body.

Black tea has an invigorating effect due to its high caffeine content. Oddly enough, it calms at the same time. Tea owes this property to tannin, the content of which reaches 15%. Its participation in biochemical processes reduces the concentration of cortisol.

Green tea is credited with great strength. It contains a lower percentage of caffeine, which makes its use safe for hypertensive patients. Regular consumption can reduce the risk of cancer. It is recommended to drink no more than 5 cups of aromatic drink per day. Otherwise, there is a possibility of heartburn and stomach cramps.

Red tea is a separate type of drink. It can influence the improvement of the functioning of the immune system due to the presence of a large amount of vitamin C in its composition. Once in the body, it reduces cholesterol levels, eliminates blood clots, and helps in the excretory function of the kidneys. Red tea is believed to help prolong life, especially in women.

White tea is called an elixir that gives immortality. It affects blood clotting and accelerates wound healing. The drink has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system, prevents the development of caries, and prevents the appearance of malignant tumors. The vitamins present in it prevent the development of pathogenic microbes and viruses.

Turquoise (blue-green) tea has another poetic name, which means “gray dragon tea”. This tea can improve metabolic processes in the body, accelerate fat burning, which affects body weight. Drinking the drink has a beneficial effect on skin condition and blood pressure. The saturation of tissues with oxygen also improves and muscle tone increases. A cup of turquoise tea will give a tonic and refreshing effect.

To ensure that drinking an invigorating drink brings only benefits to health, you should use simple rules:

  1. Do not drink tea on an empty stomach or immediately after meals.
  2. You should not use yesterday’s tea leaves.
  3. Tea is not a suitable option to wash down your medications.
  4. To reduce the effect on the heart and blood vessels, you can add a small amount of warm milk.

Brew the drink according to the rules and Be Healthy!
