Summer desserts

The most suitable for hot summer days are no-bake desserts. If you add just a few simple ingredients to the berries that are used in them, you will get wonderful and healthy dishes. Anyone will like them.
Stuffed strawberries
For 4 servings: 0.5 kg of large strawberries, 30 g of almonds, a bag of vanilla sugar and vanilla powder.
The berries, without tearing off the stem, must be thoroughly washed and dried thoroughly, placing them on a napkin. While the moisture from the strawberries evaporates, pour boiling water over the almonds, and after 5 minutes peel them.
Then you need to chop it and lightly grind it with vanilla sugar. We cut off the top of the berry, carefully remove most of the pulp from the bottom using a knife and replace it with nut filling. It can also be made, for example, from grated cookies or gingerbread, or you can take halva.
Close the part with the filling with the cut off lid and move on to the next berry. We stuff it in the same way. Place the stuffed berries in bowls and sprinkle with vanilla powdered sugar. A dish with a summer dessert can be decorated with mint leaves.
Curd dessert
The simplest and most delicious summer dessert. With its help, you can easily feed healthy cottage cheese to children who do not like to eat breakfast.
For 4 servings: 150 g of raspberries and black currants, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 250 g of soft cottage cheese, 250 g of natural yoghurt, 80 g of sweet corn flakes, 1 spoon of honey.
The berries need to be washed and dried thoroughly. Grind half the raspberries and currants with sugar. Place the berries in the cottage cheese and add yogurt. Mix everything well.
Pour the crispy flakes into the mixture, mix again and place in vases. Instead of corn flakes, you can use chocolate balls or muesli. Sprinkle the remaining berries on top and pour honey. This delicacy must be served immediately, otherwise the flakes will swell and stop crunching.
These bright and delicious desserts with berries without baking will decorate any table. They retain all the beneficial substances and vitamins contained in berries and cottage cheese. Such light dessert dishes will appeal to both adults and children.
