Chicken fillet meatballs
Ingredients:
- 300 gr. chicken fillet;
- 70 gr. round rice;
- chicken egg;
- sour cream;
- salt;
- half an onion.
You need to prepare minced chicken fillet.
Onions can be passed through a meat grinder.
Mix the minced meat, onion and rice, add a little salt, an egg and 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
You need to form small balls from the resulting mass. It is better to cook meatballs by steaming them. To do this, you can use an electric double boiler or a pan with water and a special grill.
Meatballs can be served with sour cream and chopped herbs.
Children's dietary meals must contain everything necessary for the normal development of the child, and vegetables must be present in the diet.
Porridge with zucchini
Ingredients:
- young zucchini;
- 500 ml. milk;
- 500 ml water;
- 250 gr. round rice;
- salt;
- a little butter.
Rice must be thoroughly washed, pour hot water, add a little salt and cook.
Peel the zucchini from the peel and seeds and cut into thin strips.
While the rice is boiling, add zucchini and, without stirring, cook for 5-6 minutes.
Then add milk and cook until done.
The finished porridge should be allowed to brew for 30-40 minutes.
Serve ready with the addition of a small amount of butter.
As a rule, children do not like vegetable salads too much, but they should be taught to eat them from childhood.
You can add green apples, various nuts and even honey to salads with carrots.
