How to quickly, inexpensively and tasty feed your family? Just prepare minced chicken cutlets. A tender, aromatic dish will not leave your household indifferent.

What do you need for chicken cutlets?

  1. 500 grams of raw minced chicken, you can take ready-made;
  2. 3 tablespoons of semolina;
  3. 1.5 tablespoons of sour cream, I used 20% fat;
  4. 1 chicken egg;
  5. 2 teaspoons each of granulated sugar and table mustard;
  6. salt, spices;
  7. refined sunflower oil for frying.

Cooking chicken cutlets

I bought minced meat in the store, but you can prepare it yourself by running chicken fillet through a meat grinder or blender. If the minced meat is purchased, it must first be thawed.

Place the meat in a deep bowl and add semolina. Let sit for a few minutes until the cereal swells. Next, break the egg into a container with minced meat, add sugar and mustard and mix everything until smooth. At the end you need to add salt and sprinkle with seasonings. For example, pepper, curry and suneli hops. They are perfect for cutlets.

Knead the minced meat thoroughly, it turns out runny. Heat a frying pan with odorless vegetable oil on the stove. Spoon the minced meat directly onto a hot frying pan, like pancakes. There is no need to cover with a lid.

Fry the cutlets on each side for 5 minutes until a crust appears. The fire should be medium. Now pour a little boiling water into the pan, close the lid and fry for about 5 more minutes on each side over low heat. Chicken cutlets are ready.
