For a delicious children's diet soup, choose the freshest vegetables in the store or from your supplies. Peel the pumpkin, cook the onion and pumpkin in water or broth. Add cream, spices and salt to the soup. Present beautifully before serving using a few pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients:

  • Water – 250 ml;
  • Pumpkin – 200 g;
  • Onion – 1 onion;
  • Garlic (optional) – 1 clove;
  • 11% cream – 50 ml;
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Nutmeg – a little for taste;
  • Pumpkin seeds (preferably) - several pieces.
  • Number of dishes: 2.

Cooking process

Peel the food. Cut the pumpkin, onion and garlic into pieces. After adding a tablespoon of olive oil, slightly passivate the onion and garlic. We don't need the garlic any further - we should remove it and throw it away. Fry the pumpkin with the onion, adding water so that it does not completely cover the pumpkin pieces. Don't forget a pinch of salt! Simmer for 20 minutes.

The finished soup should be pureed using a blender. Add cream and nutmeg as you go. Adjust salt to taste. Place the soup on the stove and bring to a boil. Peel the pumpkin seeds and after removing the dish from the heat, pour it into plates, decorate with pumpkin seeds, placing a flower figurine or a funny face.

Meat soufflé

Most dietary recipes intended for adults can be adapted for children. It is important to choose the right products, adhere to all technological stages and prepare the dish correctly.

Preparation process

Children's dietary meat soufflé is steamed.

Cooking time: 20 – 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 50 g;
  • Carrots – 30 g;
  • Milk – 25 ml;
  • Quail egg – 1.;
  • Semolina – 0.5 tbsp. l.;
  • Butter – 0.5 tsp;
  • Salt - to taste.

Servings: 1.

Cooking process

The breast must be washed and cut into small pieces. Carrots should be washed, peeled, boiled and chopped. Mix carrots, chicken, egg, milk and butter and grind in a blender. Shape the resulting minced meat and add salt to taste. After placing the mixture in a silicone mold, place it in a double boiler, after pouring water into it. Set the timer for 20 - 25 minutes.
