Strawberry tiramisu, original recipe

This dessert is an alternative to the classic recipe. Strawberry tiramisu is easy to prepare and will not leave anyone indifferent!
Step-by-step instructions for making strawberry tiramisu:
- First of all, wash the strawberries under running water, chop and place in a blender along with sugar and half a glass of water.
- Mix all ingredients until smooth and place in a wide container.
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix sugar and yolks in a deep container, add mascarpone and beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
- In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until they thicken as much as possible.
- Carefully mix the protein mass with the mascarpone and yolk cream.
- Cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
All ingredients for preparing tiramisu are ready!
Dip the savoiardi into the strawberry syrup, place the first layer of them, then generously cover the cookies with cream and place strawberry slices on top. Make a second layer this way and finally decorate with strawberries.
Strawberry tiramisu should be placed in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to allow all layers to soak.

- 60 g sugar
- 100 ml water
